When you submit a review request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred call date, optional notes, and answers about your loan type, school status, bankruptcy status, federal student-loan debt range, and current monthly-payment range. If you choose the optional SMS checkbox, we also record your SMS consent choice, the submission time, the source form, and the version of the consent disclosure shown.
When you request or receive services through telephone, email, electronic forms, or an authorized client portal, we may also collect the records, documents, account details, service instructions, communications, transaction information, and other information you choose to provide so we can perform and administer those services.
